Why choose this service
You are not alone. Whatever your difficulties may be, there is always a way forward.
Whether you are overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, find yourself unable to move away from unhelpful thoughts or memories, or have difficulties reaching your goals, this may be the service you are looking for.
Clients who decide to meet with me are offered a safe space to explore their difficulties at a pace that feels comfortable yet productive to them. I offer a person-centred approach, which means that you will be given an individualised treatment which is supported by research evidence. Your goals for therapy will be discussed in the first session and we will review these throughout to make sure you are satisfied with the service offered to you.
Your strength, resilience and ability to cope will be held in mind as much as the difficulties you come to seek help for.
